CONTRAINDICATIONS

HIGH-INTENSITY PULSED ELECTROMAGNETIC FIELDS (PEMF):

PEMF is not recommended for individuals with:

• Pregnancy or breastfeeding
• Epilepsy or seizure disorders
• Electrical implants (e.g., pacemakers, insulin pumps)
• Elevated blood alcohol or drug levels
• Organ transplants or immune suppression medication
• Heart conditions (e.g., heart failure, recent heart attack)
• Bleeding disorders or active bleeding
• Grave’s disease

Do not use PEMF over:

• Head/neck region
• Non-MRI safe IUDs, breast implants, or implanted metals

STEAM AND/OR FAR INFRARED SAUNAS:

Steam/Far Infrared Saunas are not suitable for individuals with:

• Pregnancy or breastfeeding
• Blood clots/DVTs, dehydration, known heart conditions
